We are seeking a Research assistant to join our Breathomic’s Research team at the BC Cancer Research
Institute with a focus on early lung cancer detection through breath. Our research focuses on the effect air pollution has on the development of lung cancer. As part of your job you will be responsible for, aliquoting, centrifuging, weighing and cleaning breath tubes. Working with research participants, including collecting biological samples at multiple study locations. Assisting with data collection and entering of project-related documentation. We are seeking someone highly organized and detail-oriented with a background in working in a lab environment. A background in biology or chemistry is a necessity.
